As I am on summer holidays, I went to visit Rye today with my grandparents- and by some persuasion we went to visit my favourite shop: Forget Me Not.
During exam period, and as a consequence after the exams also, I haven’t been sleeping very well- most likely due to stress (☹). So after doing some research, this is the method I thought I would try:

It is thought that lavender is very relaxing, and therefore helps people sleep! Also, some people find listening to music helps them get to sleep so I’ll be giving that a try too!
